Schweitzer Garten

Schweitzer Garten, 2005

This piece shows the reflection of the museum of the 20st century, in Vienna in the pond situated in the surrounding park called Schweitzer Garten. At the time the footage was taken, the museum was closed and its future. What attracted the artist was partly the counter positioning of its name to its current redundant and defunct state. On a mere aesthetic level, the artist was interested in the softening of the modernist architecture when reflected in the water surface.
